Eligibility for Refunds¶
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable period of time.
Accidental Purchase: If you purchased the wrong plan and have not yet accessed or used it.
Non-Delivery: If you did not receive access to the features of the plan
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Non-Refundable Items¶
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You no longer wish to use Lemonate.
You are requesting a refund after significant use of Lemonate.
How to Request a Refund¶

Your full name and email address used during purchase
A brief explanation of the issue
We typically respond to refund requests within 2–3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment provider, FastSpring, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
